For some reason my Acer 23' S231HL bid monitor that I've had for years is doing this now. Every day when I try to turn it on, it does this, the power LED jus. I have an Acer S200HL Monitor connected to my Gateway GT5404 desktop. It originally was a Windows Vista OS, but the computer repair store where I bought it upgraded it to Windows 7 before I bought it. I already had the Acer S200HL before I bought the tower. The monitor worked great with everything, UNTIL, I (foolishly) 'upgraded' to Windows 10. I just recently installed windows 10 on a brand new SSD without any previous OS installed. I also just bought a new shiny 4K TV but am still using my Acer s230hl. I use the 4k tv for gaming and the acer monitor for browsing and chat and temp reads. Since upgrading to windows 10 anytime i change source away from my PC to say my PS4 my computer.
